Bee Aloha Co. is a print-on-demand company. What it means is that every purchase will be completed after you check out at our web site. The good thing is that there is no minimum purchase amount required. Pick any item and it will be printed especially for you. Every single print is made in the United States, however please keep in mind that it takes time to fulfill custom-made orders therefore it will take couple days until your item is printed and shipped out. We deliver to most places in the world(applicable VAT/custom fees will be added for international orders).  You will be responsible for delivery costs unless free shipping option or promo code is being offered. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or Product type; and additional surcharges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special handling. Please keep in mind that editing or cancelling your order will not be possible once you click the order “Confirm” button. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc. after confirming an order, please email us ASAP at  support@bee-aloha.com. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis, and if timing allows such.

Because this is on-demand printing services we do not except returns if you purchase the wrong size. Returns are accepted for broken items or print errors. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Bee Aloha Co will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Bee Aloha Co will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error if Bee Aloha Co is at fault and (b) Bee Aloha Co  receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing. 

Bee Aloha Co shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses due to specific circumstances of you and/or Customer, indirect or consequential losses, or wasted expenditure. 

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Bee Aloha Co will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Should you need to make a change in the delivery address, phone number, or any other special requirements, please contact Bee Aloha Co. support@bee-aloha.com.

Bee Aloha Co.  is a company that offers unique design. All items are stored in our warehouse and we do our best to keep it up to date. In case a merchandise item or size(s) or color(s) are discontinued and you order one of them, we will offer similar product with the same design (price change may apply).
